Due to classes being offered on a 4-day week basis, our School’s Out Edition Program’s cancellation/refund policy and payment policy are slightly different than stated in our tuition and financial aid page. View our Tuition and Financial page here for details concerning tuition, scholarships, and discounts which are still applicable to the School’s Out Edition Program. Please note our scholarship application deadline is TBD for the School’s Out Edition Program.


  • Tuition is payable in full on or before one week prior to program start date, unless a payment plan is selected.
  • A non­refundable deposit is required to hold a student’s spot in the program and will be deducted from the total tuition. The deposit is different for each program. Please see our Tuition / Financial Aid schedule  for the deposit amount of your desired program.
  • For Payment Plans
    • Once the deposit made, the remaining balance can be paid in full or divided into 2 equal payments if a payment plan is selected. Please see the “2 Payments” option on our Payment Plan table here to see your payments.
    • A financing fee of 5% of the tuition amount, will be applied to payment plans and is evenly distributed in your payment amounts.
    • You will be enrolled in our automatic debit program, in which payments will be automatically debited from the banking account or credit card on file on a pre specified date.
    • Payment dates will be given during your initial consultation
    • Payments not received by the due date will be considered delinquent and the student will only be allowed to resume classes, once payments are made cur rent.
    • MISS Academy only accepts debit, credit, money orders, personal checks and gift certificates for deposits or tuition paid in full.
    • Please note that a 2.6% convenience fee will be added to each credit card transaction.
    • MISS Academy does not accept cash.
    • There is a $30 fee for returned checks.


  • Seats in the classes are based on availability and require a letter of acceptance from the Academy as well as a deposit to secure your seat in the program.
  • The deposit varies by program and is non-refundable.
  • A student’s registration can be transferred to a later start date for their chosen program with two week’s notice, based on availability. Be it the following Fall, Spring, or Summer enrollment.
  • Deposits/payments cannot be transferred to another student.
  • MISS Academy does not pro-rate classes.
  • If there is a need to cancel registration for any reason two weeks prior to the start date of the class, MISS Academy will process a refund less the deposit within 10 business days.
  • If you are need to discontinue classes for any reason, written notice is required and a refund (if applicable) will be issued within 10 business days of receiving the notice.
  • For Electives
    • Electives are optional and cancellation or transfer of an elective does not affect your program enrollment. Payment plans will be adjusted accordingly.
    • Transferring to another elective is optional up to 2 days after completion of first elective class, based on availability.
    • There is no refund for cancellation of electives, after 2 weeks before program start date.
    • Electives cancelled before 2 weeks prior to program start date, will receive a refund less the Elective deposit.
