Bridget has been in the fitness industry for over 12 years both as a competitor as well as a trainer. She first channeled her love and enthusiasm for nutrition and fitness by founding Empowering Women Through Fitness in 2017. She is an internationally recognized fitness competitor, TV Host, author, signed model and speaker. She is also a NASM certified trainer and is ecstatic to bring her passion for fitness and young women to the halls of MISS Academy.
