She is Creative Director of Joy Williams Beauty, 3x Miss USA Stylist, Miss Universe Stylist and Herbalist Practitioner at Joy Soul Apothecary. Joy is also the Educational Director at JWB Academy, a training course which provides both Hands-On and Virtual Makeup and Haircare Education with a focus on Textured Hair to licensed and aspiring professionals in the beauty industry as well as hair enthusiasts. She brings with her a flare for knowledge and the ability to break down education in a practical way while encouraging and elevating each individual she comes into contact with.
