Jerrah Steans is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor known for her journey from athletics, to the glamorous world of pageantry, and now, to the realm of therapy. Today, she is a compassionate therapist using her life experiences and empathy to help others overcome their own challenges. As a therapist, Jerrah specializes in women’s health which includes all challenges across the lifespan. However, she particularly enjoys topics including deconstructing anxiety, overcoming self-sabotage, improving relationships, identifying & utilizing one’s strengths, and the journey toward greater happiness no matter how challenging your circumstances.
